New Patients:
This Program is where our journey starts; itis designed to give you much more support on the front end so that you can feel more confident on this journey, allowing you to feel more in control and take back your health.
It is specifically designed for individuals whose health challenges have caused them to seek relief from one medical practitioner to another, without ever getting the answers and results they need.
It’s frustrating and debilitating and with this program, you can get the ongoing support, guidance, and results you want and finally get to the root cause of your symptoms.
The Program includes:
- Full Medical Single Session
- 3, 30-minute video or phone appointments, scheduled two weeks apart. During which we will review all new labs, diagnostic studies, lifestyle assessments, photographs, treatment plans, and protocols for your specific condition/s. Follow up lab recommendations as needed.
- Email support with Dr. Greene during the 6 weeks
Existing Patients:
This Program is for established patients that need more short term intensive support.
Whether you have had one session or a package with me in the past and now feel you need more ongoing short-term support for an existing issue or a new issue that has arisen.
It can be frustrating and debilitating and with this program, you can get the ongoing support, guidance, and results you want and finally get to the root cause of your symptoms.
The Program includes:
