Detoxing the Body from Chemical Exposures

How do we offset fearful life experiences when we unexpectedly find ourselves faced with them? These days we are often challenged with one exposure or another and we need to have trusted tools to help us to navigate these situations with ease and grace. Knowing we have the tools and that we can handle all that comes our way is priceless.

Learning how to safely detox and cleanse the body of these toxins and chemicals will ground and empower you, while supporting your adrenals along the way.

For those that are not aware, a train derailment occurred in East Palestine, Ohio. The train was comprised of 150 rail cars owned by Norfolk Southern, 20 of which contained highly toxic chemicals. The EPA has found that the following chemicals were either on board or released during the accident:

Vinyl chloride, Butyl acrylate, Ethylhexyl acrylate, Ethylene glycol mono butyl ether, and isobutylene.

These chemicals are used primarily in the production of plastics and they are all classified as volatile organic compounds or VOCs.

They are all very toxic.

So what can those who have been exposed to, will be exposed to or live in or near the affected areas do?

#1 Filter your water

These toxins can generally be filtered with an activated carbon filtration system.

There are many filtration systems out there and Berkey filter is one of my favorites:

Big Berkey Countertop Water Filter System

You can test your water for contamination with this preferred company: www.mytapscore.com as Environmental toxin expert Lara Alder recommends.

It is also super important to hydrate even more with fluids that flush the system more easily on a cellular level of these toxins. The best examples are lemon/lime water, cucumber juice, coconut water, and all fresh fruit and veggie juices.

#2 Filter your air

In my opinion, while it’s important to have a home air purifier regardless of these situations, it’s imperative when these conditions arise to have one running throughout the day. My favorite options are here: Air Filters. As extra preventative measures, you can bring these purifying plants into your home: snake plant, peace lily, spider plant, and golden pothos. I also love Moso bags.

#3 Supplements that support the Liver/lungs and detoxification pathways

Here is a short list of key supplements you may wish to consider:

Glutathione, N-acetyl cysteine, milk thistle, mullein, C, lomatium root, Chaga mushroom, curcumin

#4 Top Foods and Herbs

Garlic, ginger (ginger turmeric shots) , thyme water/tea, peppermint tea, rosemary, sage and oregano, spinach, asparagus, all sulfur-rich cruciferous veg , cranberries, lots of wild blueberries /wild blueberry juice (Wyman’s)

The heavy metal detox smoothie and extractor smoothies (Medical Medium books)

#5 Brain shots to facilitate toxin removal

(Medical Medium Brain Saver books)

You can find the details of how to make these potent elixirs in Brain Saver by Anthony William

toxic heavy metal exposure, pesticide, herbicide, and fungicide exposure, chemtrails exposure, EMF/5G exposure, toxic fragrance exposure, mold exposure and adrenal fight or flight exposure shots.

#6 Other supportive methods

Skin brushing and rebounding will support your lymphatic system and help the cleansing process. Infrared saunas are another tool that can be used to sweat out and release unwanted toxins from our bodies.
